The International Brotherhood of Teamsters is duking it out with XPO Logistics on a new front recently after 73 employees petitioned to remove Local 443 as their representative.

Logistics giant XPO Logistics reported it would hire more than 6,000 seasonal workers for its U.S. contract operations during the holiday season.
