XPO Logistics Names More Leaders for Spinoff GXO

XPO Logistics Inc. announced last month two additional leaders associated with its planned spinoff business GXO Logistics.
Maryclaire Hammond will serve as chief human resources officer and Bill Fraine will be chief commercial officer.

In her role, Hammond will focus on employee engagement and championing diversity, equity and inclusion.

Fraine’s responsibilities will include GXO’s go-to-market activities. He will oversee all aspects of sales strategy in areas such as e-commerce, retail, apparel and consumer technology.
XPO plans to spin off its logistics business as a separate company in the second half of 2021. According to XPO, the business currently includes about 890 logistics locations in 27 countries.
XPO ranks No. 2 on the Transport Topics Top 50 list of the largest logistics companies in North America.
