Gnosis Freight Software Firm Expands in South Carolina

Gov. , congratulating the company Feb. 27, said: “Our state is committed to fostering an innovative business environment, and we are pleased to have Gnosis Freight join our roster of thriving tech companies.”
Founded in Charleston in 2017, the company recently doubled its existing Charleston Tech Center facility at 997 Morrison Drive. The 7,000-square-foot office space offers additional room for Gnosis Freight to increase its data science, software engineering and commercial teams.
“Gnosis Freight continues to elevate Charleston’s status as a hub for cutting-edge technology in the global supply chain industry,” commented , chairman of the Charleston County Council.
The company consists of a team of data scientists, software engineers and logistics specialists who work to help logistics companies in end-to-end container logistics processes.
Located close to Highway 17 near Interstate 26, the Charleston Tech Center is a digital technology center 15 minutes from Charleston International Airport. The nearby South Carolina Ports handled nearly 2.5 million 20-foot equivalent units and 1.37 million pier containers last year.

State Secretary of Commerce said, “The technology and logistics industries are valuable parts of our state. We are proud to see Gnosis Freight, a homegrown company that represents both industries, expanding in South Carolina.”
The company’s Container Lifecycle Management platform combines supply chain visibility and execution software to help companies track and manage shipping containers from the booking stage to empty returns.
