With a focus on AI and workflow automation, transportation tech developers introduced a variety of software products and services for 3PL operations at the TIA 2025 Capital Ideas Conference.

Fighting back against rampant fraud in the freight transportation industry was the prevailing theme at the Transportation Intermediaries Association's Capital Ideas Conference.

The issue of freight fraud is one that incoming TIA CEO Chris Burroughs said is getting worse, and was among key TIA priorities he outlined during a call with media.

Reinke will officially step into the role at the end of the year, succeeding Joni Casey, who is retiring after 27 years of service.

The TIA board of directors announced the move on Sept. 26, the same day Reinke was named as the next president and CEO of the Intermodal Association of North America.
