Distribution center developer and operator Vertical Cold Storage purchased Arctic Logistics’ Canton, Mich., facility for an undisclosed sum at the start of April.

The 122,949-square-foot, multi-temperature facility is expected to open by the end of this year following a Jan. 23 groundbreaking ceremony.
